Each of these items are model specific and not interchangeable. Please ensure you are correctly matching all words and buttons on your old remote or contact us for help prior to ordering to avoid return fees. Just recently, our technicians have created universal remote control conversion kits for all adjustable beds running their motors on a 24v or 29v current (most beds since 2000). This does require clipping your wires and clicking them into our new control unit (although we now have several plug in options for select models) but no tools or experience is required and we have uploaded a video on YouTube of this process: (it literally just took us five minutes to convert our show room Tempur-pedic model)

We show three different kits in this video, a deluxe remote with 9 backlit buttons and presets (most popular) for $199, a premium model with massage modes and intensities for $249, a basic model with basic up and down for your head and foot. All of our kits have backlighting and bult-in flashlights (these kits only allow one remote paired at a time but we do make specialty kits for unique requests like two remotes paired to one or app/voice control). Small accessory items are subject to a $10 fee to cover the original shipping/handling so long as the item doesn't have any signs of wear or damage and larger items like headboard brackets, universal conversion kits, and power bricks would have a handling fee varying on how the item is returned (min 20%). There are no returns outside of 30 days. Due to the difficult return shipping nature of adjustable bases and mattresses, there are no returns on those once an item has been shipped. Certain personal items like pillows, toppers, and bedding are non refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping on mistake orders or those no longer needed.
