Because the original remotes and parts have been discontinued, replacing a lost or broken old generation Remote requires converting the electronics with one of these conversion kits which includes a new gen wireless remote to control your bed base. We have several different kits available per base depending on budget and required functionality. This universal kit converts Tempurpedic Premier, and Grand bed base control boxes with an easy-to-install 3 step process and includes advanced features like presets, one touch flat, and massage with three intensities and wave modes. Used to replace a lost or broken remote when there are no more replacements available or in budget (some termpurpedic bases had three massage motors but new gen control boxes only feature a head and foot massage so most just leave the 3rd unplugged or you can splice two together if you prefer)

1) Conversion Control Box with Wire Harnesses and a Power Supply Cable/Transformer Box

1) Wireless 13 Button Remote Control with flashlight and backlighting- Simply plug in the kit after it’s installed and the remote will work. Each remote uses three AAA batteries (included since we program this prior to shipping.). You can only have one remote paired with one box at a time. If you want to buy a 2nd remote to use as a backup, we sell them for $70 each.

2) Zip Tie Cables to secure the new boxes under the bed

1) Surge Protector. This can be a power strip or single box, but its important to make sure the words "Surge Protector" or some variant are on the unit. Usually you can buy both at walmart but the power strip without surge protection is a dollar or two less.
