This is a Replacement Okin Control box for newer generation head and foot adjustable bases. It replaces two different styles of boxes , you will receive the first one shown but both are compatible. If your box looked at all different from the ones in the picture you need to contact us to verify compatibility. This includes the top section of the power cord for most new Gen serta, Beautyrest, ease, and Simmons bases. It is used for our conversion kit if an old remote is discontinued and you already have a new Gen. Remote. You will still need a working ac adapter box and wall plug from your old kit
