Your old remote must match the one in the picture or this may not work. Mattress firm makes several different 600 series remotes so please refer to our other listing if this does not look the same or contact us if you need help looking up the control box/serial number

The remote you will receive is shown in the second picture and is all black or grey depending on supply without massage or preset buttons. If you hold the right on the left button up top for a few seconds, it will turn on all of the massage motors, but there’s no way to control them independently. If you want the original Remote, we have a few of them left for $100 more. Let me know if you have trouble finding that other listing. The value remotes are manufactured by the exact same company and are fully compatible.
