Your old remote must exactly match the one in the picture or this will not work. Mattress firm makes two different 600 series remotes so please refer to our other listing if this does not look the same or contact us if you need help looking up the control box/serial number

The remote you will receive is shown in the second picture and is all silver. If you want the original Remote, we have a few of them left for $40 more. Let me know if you have trouble finding that other listing. The value remotes are manufactured by the exact same company and are fully compatible.
