10 Years Non-Prorated Warranty for 1 1/2" Body Impressions. Ships in small vacuum packed bag. Expands within an hour or two to 90% and can be slept on then. It will finish squaring off the corners and expanding within a few days. We have decided to not build in extra cost for returns on these mattresses since we have a lot of flexibility with exchanging the organic natural latex topper if you ordered the wrong firmness (we can order layers of uncovered latex in 1, 2, or 3" depths and soft, medium or firm density) and offer one topper exchange if needed as a courtesy for a low fee or free if switching to a less expensive topper (see our returns section for details).
