10 Years Non-Prorated Warranty for 1 1/2" Body Impressions. Ships in small vacuum packed bag. Expands within an hour or two to 90% and can be slept on then. It will finish squaring off the corners and expanding within a few days. We have decided to not build in extra cost for returns on these mattresses since we have a lot of flexibility with our organic natural latex toppers (they come in 1, 2, or 3" depths and soft, medium or firm density) and offer one free exchange on that if needed. Generally, back and stomach sleepers who like a firmer mattress do better on a bed like this where as back and side or strait side sleepers are better fit for the true pillow top version.
