This core and topper is made either overseas or in our new US factory but is shipped direct from our USA warehouse. The topper and cover are either shipped from our Salt Lake location in a separate small box or from our partners in two separate shipments that we will try to have arrive at the same time. We do stock these products here in salt lake usually if you are local and need a white glove delivery for an extra charge or want to pickup for free.

10 Years Non-Prorated Warranty for 1 1/2" Body Impressions. Ships in small vacuum packed bag. Expands within an hour or two to 90% and can be slept on then. It will finish squaring off the corners and expanding within a few days. We have decided to not build in extra cost for returns on these mattresses since we have a lot of flexibility with our organic natural latex toppers if someone ordered the wrong mattress firmness (they come in 1, 2, or 3" depths and soft, medium or firm density) and offer one exchange on that if needed.
