Your old Remote must exactly match one of the ten remotes shown in the picture for this to work. You will receive the new grey remote which will allow your bed to move up and down and has a one touch flat! Depending on supply chain, the item received may have extra buttons but it will still work and it still made by the original equipment manufacturer and saves money over our other models and should give some extra functionality! If your old remote was white with 6 pins behind the battery cover, you will need to add a control box as they have been discontinued.
