Your old Remote must exactly match one of the seven remotes shown in the picture for this to work. You will receive the new black remote which will allow your bed to move up and down and has a one touch flat! Depending on supply chain, the item received may be black or white but it will still work and it still made by the original equipment manufacturer and saves money over our other models! If your old remote was white with 6 pins behind the battery cover, you will need to add a control box as they have been discontinued.
