As long as your original Remote looks like one of those pictured this new replacement will work without issue. This is a conversion kit for the original tempur remotes shown. Based on inventory and supply chain, the one that you receive will be either white, gray or black, but will not have the deluxe features like massage and custom presets. It will just move the bed up and down. Depending on supply, you will either pair the new remote to your existing control box or replace the control box under your bed with a new one provided and a remote already paired and simply plug in your motor plugs.
