As long as your original Remote looks like one of the two pictured this new replacement will work without issue. This is a conversion kit for the original tempur remotes shown. Based on inventory and supply chain, the one that you receive will be either gray or black, but will have the deluxe features like massage, presets, and a one touch flat. Depending on supply, you will either pair the new remote to your existing control box or replace the control box under your bed with a new one provided and a remote already paired and simply plug in your motor plugs.
