This remote will only work with Sierra M9X8 bases. The manufacture that made these Remotes also makes another remote that looks exactly the same but runs on a different frequency. We sell both remotes but you need to verify your model number before ordering. You can find the M9X8 sticker on the bottom of your bed or if you have the old remote still, your model number will be CH11 - HM - AS.  If your old Remote has a CH11 – HM sticker, but does not end in AS this will not work and you need to see our other listing.
