Per our return policy on saltlakemattress.com, due to our aggressive margins on this value priced bed and the ability for the feel to be completely altered with these of a natural or organic latex or wool topper, we offer a one time firmness exchange 30 days from purchase for 50% restock charges for the mattress or topper. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs of the mattress (or topper). For out of state purchases, once the mattress is expanded, shipping back would require LTL carrier most likely on a shipping pallet and between shipping expenses and the restocking charges, it almost always would cost more than the initial cost of the mattress so adjusting the topper is a great option in the event where a customer is not satisfied with the mattress or topper as it is. We can offer options for each situation on a case by case basis.
