This remote will only work to replace the model as shown in the pictures. If your old remote does match exactly and if your bed was not that nectar brand it may not work.

Nectar, unfortunately, used a few different types of control boxes with their system so the best is if you have your original pairing instructions to make sure you are doing the correct pairing process. We do include an instruction paper with a couple of the alternative generation boxes that we have experienced.

One of them uses a learn button under the bed That you need to push and another one simply has you Plug the control box into power and then pair;

1. unplug the system from the wall.  Wait about 30-60seconds
2. plug system into the wall.  Light on the control box should begin flashing
3. press and hold Head Up + Foot UP buttons until LED light on control box stop flashing and stays on
