If your old remote model did not look exactly like one of these three black glass front models with no physical buttons, this new remote this will not work. This is not compatible with any of the older generation scape or simplicity models. You will receive the white remote only which is compatible for all three bases.

Note, if you’re original remote or control box had a Bluetooth logo icon, this will not work. There is a different frequency and it requires switching the control box in order to convert.

 Some buttons on the new remote may not work in the event that you do not have those existing features on your current bed, but all of the original functionality is the same. Text with any questions!
