Match up your buttons exactly. These are model specific. these remotes were discontinued a couple of years ago and have been replaced by this 3 piece conversion kit which will require cutting and sliding your wires into our harness. it will replace the control box and the power supply unit.

Note- with this conversion kit, your presets will not work. They will work on our other black universal conversion kit which you can purchase for $50 more. Also, if you had the 700 series, this kit will not operate the pillow tilt motor. You can upgrade if needed. Just reach out to a salesperson.

And finally, it’s important to note that one control box is required per bed. If you have a split king which is essentially two bases pushed up side-by-side, you would need two of these kits if you no longer have any working remote.
