Match up your buttons exactly. These are model specific. these remotes were discontinued a couple of years ago and have been replaced by this 3 piece conversion kit which will require cutting and sliding your wires into our harness. it will replace the control box and the power supply unit.

Note- with this conversion kit, your presets and motor limits will not work meaning that you have to hold the remote buttons to move the bed up and down, and if you pass the top or bottom point, you could break out a gear in the motor assembly. Instead, we recommend switching to our complete Conversion Kit which includes two new motors in order to restore the original functionality and motor limits. If ever you wanted to do this Kit first and then run your motors for as long as you can before breaking through the limits (or indefinitely if you are really careful), you could always add the motors later if if you needed to for $149 for the pair.

And finally, it’s important to note that one control box is required per bed. If you have a split king which is essentially two bases pushed up side-by-side, you would need two of these kits if you no longer have any working remote.
