Match up your buttons exactly. These are model specific. these remotes were discontinued a couple of years ago and have been replaced by this 5 piece conversion kit which will require pulling pins on your existing motors and replacing them with the new motors, we will include in the kit and then splicing the wires on your massage unit cables and sliding them into the provided lever nut harness. This will restore the original functionality of the bed, including the presets and motor limits.
