These are model specific. If your old remote does not look exactly like one of the two remotes shown this will not work. You'll receive a new box and a basic wireless remote that will control your head up and down and will have to swap the cords under your bed. The flat button on the new remote will require pressing and holding in order to lower the bed flat. If you prefer a one touch flat button and presets, we do have upgraded kits available for sale. 

If you can’t match your old remote or owners manual contact us for help looking up your control box model. The new control box provided will plug directly into your existing AC/DC adapter. If you no longer have your power adapter from your original bed base, contact us and we can send an upgraded kit.

In addition to the wireless remote, this set will have backlit lighting and a flashlight. Additional remotes are available for $70.

And finally, it’s important to note that one control box is required per bed. If you have a split king which is essentially two bases pushed up side-by-side, you would need two of these kits if you no longer have any working remote.
