These are model specific. As of 2020 the mfg has discontinued the old remotes and released this 2 pc conversion kit. If you can’t match your old remote or owners manual contact us for help looking up serial numbers 

And finally, it’s important to note that one control box is required per bed. If you have a split king which is essentially two bases pushed up side-by-side, you would need two of these kits if you no longer have any working remote.
