Please ensure that your original remote and control box had the 4 or 6 pin dipswitch that could be moved up and down. As of 2018, the manufacturer has discontinued the old remote and this listing is for the 2 piece conversion kit (Control box and new input power supply which connects into your existing power transformer and a new remote). You will be required to unplug four cords from the old control box and plug them into this new kit. This original remote had a rigid side whereas the new version will be a little smaller and have a few extra functional preset buttons. The light button will not work since your old base does not have an under bed light but everything else will!

If this is the right remote kit for you, you will see a matching 6 pin dip switch on your existing processing unit under your frame. Certain of the older units had four cords for the massage instead of two. You can simply plug-in two of them and leave the others unplugged and still get functionality out of your head and foot massage, or if you want you can splice together your wires to get the same affect as before.

You can also add an extra remote for $119 and pair it at the same time as the original if you have a queen size bed and want each nightstand to have its own remote!

And finally, it’s important to note that one control box is required per bed. If you have a split king which is essentially two bases pushed up side-by-side, you would need two of these kits if you no longer have any working remote.
