As of 2021, all parts for this old generation x6 Ashley base were discontinued. also, due to supply chain issues, new generation control boxes, remote controls, and power supply units are nearly impossible to order. So, we have created this conversion kit which will work on all generations of Ashley bases. 

This listing is for a new conversion kit (includes a new remote control and a new control box with power supply) which we produce in-house that will allow you to switch out your control box to our new unit. this set up will allow you to use your head and foot motors along with the massage motors and several presets and also includes a flashlight on the remote. on certain models, they included a pillow tilt option. That will not be usable with this new remote unless you decide to bypass the foot motor and plug-in the pillow tilt instead .. or you can purchase a much more expensive control box which would also unfortunately require cutting and splicing the wires together, but you can reach out to us if you’re interested.

Note, if your original base had specialty features such as an under bed LED or USB port plug-ins, the new control box will not adapt that and you can work around those with a simple five dollar cable or light add on from Amazon if needed.

And finally, it’s important to know that one control box is required per bed. If you have a split king which is essentially two bases pushed up side-by-side, you would need two of these kits if you no longer have any working remote.
