This add-on coverage will arrange for a technician to come to your home if your base or remote has any manufacturer defect for five years from your date of purchase. In any event you experience an issue with your new base purchase and you have this coverage simply contact us to start a claim with your original invoice/order ID. When approved, we will arrange to have a tech visit your home.
* This warranty coverage is valid for the replacement of one base or split king base per purchase and must be added to your order at the same time as your remote purchase to become active. Also you must keep a copy of your original sales invoice as proof of your purchase.
Because bases are discontinued all the time, in the event that the manufacturer no longer makes your product and the insurance would cover the cost of an equivalent replacement if the original is unrepairable. If your remote was defective and If no replacement remote is available then we will cover the cost of a new remote which could be used with a new processor unit and conversion kit.
